Vacue Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your VAQUE vacuum. If something isn't right, here's how we can help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at macgue.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Start a Return Email macgue.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Situations
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Change-of-mind returns after the item has been used
Shipping Costs for Returns Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
